Nuhu Iliya Talatu Favour is a dedicated and experienced community development professional with 8 years working experience in non-profit and private sectors. She has a track record in program development, community engagement and service provision having worked with various donor agencies and implementing partners in varied community demographics. She successfully implemented health insurance programs, World Bank funded HAF II OVC project, GON/NACA funded HIV Prevention (PMTCT) and outreach programs. She has the ability to articulate beneficial programs and issue resolutions, able to maintain a consistently positive and respectful attitude towards all citizens and instituted authorities. Exceptional technical skills include monitoring and evaluation, project implementation, capacity building and effective communication.
She is an exceptional English instructor with over 10 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring students in series of English test which includes IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, PTE and any other international English test: has achieved 90% passing rate with all students. Also, successfully processed test registration with British Council, IDP (Australia MOD) and any other international agency and provided oversees career and admission advice.
